Historical captures of iwrm-smart.org point to the project wiki at Karlsruhe University. The surviving English project-outline page was captured in March 2012. The domain later carried unrelated material, which is excluded from this research edition.

What the archive can tell us
A capture establishes what was visible at a particular time. It does not prove that every linked page was captured, or that historical contacts and operations remain current. Missing files are not recreated and labelled as originals.
